The Garrett Group is in search of a versatile Project Manager/Facility Manager to undertake crucial responsibilities at the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER). This role primarily involves overseeing routine assessments of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training crucial for deployments supporting Combatant Commands (CCMDs). JCER conducts comprehensive evaluations of venues, events, and units, ensuring adherence to established standards such as the Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and the EMOE Characterization Framework.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing maintenance schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for facilities, daily activities, and evaluation planning and execution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in handling routine upkeep and maintenance for multiple buildings and surrounding areas, including minor repairs, self-help projects, key control, and inspections.

Desired Experience:

• Strong written and oral communication skills, ensuring delivery of quality products and services.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar scheduler software).
• Experience in developing repeatable, efficient processes for facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management of specific task orders, ensuring timely implementation of technical, financial, and logistical solutions and schedules.
• Act as an energy and water conservation monitor, advocating for each facility's future needs.
• Prepare and submit reports to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns.
• Ensure the dissemination of guidance based on leadership strategy.
